Gwen Grunwald

Gwen Grunwald is a visual artist based in Salt Lake City, Utah working in mainly oil and charcoal. Heavily employing self-portraiture, her work explores nostalgia, yearning, and life abroad. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Westminster University. 

Her work has been exhibited locally and internationally. Locally, her work has been exhibited in the Springville Art Museum, Jewett Center for the Performing Arts, and the Utah Cultural Celebration Center. Recent exhibitions include Dank- und Gedenkfeier für Körperspender*innen in Graz, Austria.
